The MAB Awards are back
Every year, the Merit Awards Board (MAB) seeks to show our hall's acknowledgement as well as recognition to those Keviians who have worked hard and whose service has made a great impact in King Edward VII Hall!
This year, we're back with a whole new theme and look. Notice our new logo? It speaks of prestige and excellence. And this is the very purpose of the MAB Awards! We want our award winners to walk back with a sense of pride and victory, having known that their contributions are not just remembered but also honoured. For we see and we understand the sweat and sacrifice poured into all their efforts for the sake of KE VII Hall. And we wish to extend our most heartfelt gratitude to these KE warriors.
Nomination for the MAB Awards starts from the 19th of February 2008 to 22nd of February 2008. Be sure to nominate those whom you regard as worthy recipients of the Awards within this period! All you have to do is to obtain an MAB nomination form at the hall office, fill in the form, and hand it back to the office. Voting period spans from 27/2/2008 until 5/3/2008. Keviians can vote online for the nominees of their choice online on the MAB webpage. The MAB will keep you all further updated as the period draws near.
For freshmen who are new to the existence of MAB and for those who wish to know more about MAB, please read the FAQs.
Thanks to CJ's effort as MAB head last year, the MAB underwent a great overhaul and it turned out to be a resounding success. The MAB team assembled this year is made up of past active hall leaders representing almost every sector in hall. On behalf of our committee, I seek the support from all Keviians to make the MAB Awards a success again this year. Together, we shall ensure fairness of the Awards, henceforth conferring the awards to the most deserving Keviians.
